Was majoring in business at University of South Carolina but left school when his dad became ill.
He started modestly building 4 or 5 houses a year.
That grew to over 700 houses a year.
Now he has nearly 40,000 acres in development…homes, condos,golf courses, apartment buildings, shopping centers, high end resorts in South Carolina, Florida and the Caribbean…with future properties planned in The Bahamas, Florida, Vermont and North Carolina.
