As the head of BS&F, Joe has the challenging task of being the boss, while also working in the trenches with,
and keeping the respect of his troops. A dedicated family man of a wife and three children, Joe is driven by a
work ethic instilled in him by his late father, Nick. And it is that strength of character, combined with some
good old "Bronx" attitude that has been an integral part in keeping BS&F afloat during these difficult economic
times.
HECTOR ANDUJAR
Hector is an unheralded, yet key component of the 'behind the scenes' at BS&F. While Joe may claim that he's a
walking disaster, Hector's easy-going attitude helps keep the back of the BS&F house running smoothly throughout
the nearly constant influx and shipping of inventory.
JAMES MONTIJO
A rising star in the world of BS&F, James has parlayed his hard work in the warehouse into being one of Joe's
"go-to" guys. Though he's known for his quick temper, it is James's ability to handle almost any situation with
the right amount of business and personal savvy that has made him an asset to Joe's company.
PERMNAND PERSAUD
As the guy at the register, Persaud is one of Joe's most important and trusted employees at BS&F. Whether
handling cash transactions from the store's steady retail business, or accounting for invoices that come and go
via BS&F's delivery component, Persaud conducts business with a smile and a good, albeit hard-to-understand word
for his customers.
RICHIE MORALES
One of Joe's longest-standing employees, Richie is a member of BS&F's old guard. Residing in the first seat at
the shop, Richie is quick with any information that a customer may need, as he handles his business with the
strength of a seasoned veteran.
