• Chop Cut Rebuild
  • The critically acclaimed automotive show Chop Cut Rebuild is back, with a sixth season that delivers its high detail, audience accessible - uniquely, branded concept…

If you’re a hard-core gear-head, you’re on the road to the right place. Get your fix with host Dan Woods as he reveals what it takes to be a custom classic builder. With demanding deadlines quickly becoming a reality and roadblocks rising left and right, two talented teams must come up with dynamic, innovative ways to survive the mission.

This season spans the spectrum - mixing classic beauty with modern high-tech machinery. The results will do more than blow your skirt up.

This year, we go way back to 1940, as TED’s Rod Shop takes on the classic Mercury Coupe.  The Mercury was an abandoned project, just waiting for someone to come along and scoop it up.  The guys at TED’s were happy to take on the challenge, as this was a dream project for the whole team, and a great way to showcase what their brand new shop could do.  The problem with restoring a car from the ‘40s is that there are no factory parts you can buy off the shelf.  This build is full of custom fabrication, and not a project a novice could take on.  Check them out as they drop the top and lower the bottom for a truly styling ride.

Next up is a ’69 Camaro, with a twist. D & P Classic Chevy is back for another season, and this year, they are turning their ’69 Camaro into a Yenko tribute car.  This vehicle isn’t full of frills.  Its mission is to tear up the streets with its GM Performance Parts LS-7 427 CI.  Made as an homage to Don Yenko, the goal here is to pack as much power into a Camaro body as possible; but D & P is adding today’s technology to the car, bringing the classic Yenko into the present, just as Don Yenko would have done if he were around today.

This is a season you won’t want to miss!

Tune in for all the hot details as they chop, cut and rebuild their way to a pair of wild rides set to steal the show, or own the street.
