Hermie Sadler "I don’t know. I’m certain we don’t tell her we love her enough. So that would be it."

Elliott Sadler "I’m with him on that, probably don't do that enough, we are from a great family but we don’t maybe sometimes express our feelings enough. That or thank you."

Wendy Venturini "Is it probably the way you guys were raised and have to put up the hard shell sometimes to get through those ups and downs."

Hermie Sadler "This business that we are in makes you tough in a hurry. This type of stuff and your family and mother’s day and all that, again, it just kind of puts you back where you’re supposed to be and that’s what makes it great."

Elliott Sadler "We had better spend mother’s day with her. That’s another rule. That’s one thing. We have always raced on mother's day somewhere day somewhere whether it is short tracks, and now we race at Darlington and stuff like that I know it’s a Saturday night race but we better be home Sunday morning to go to church, so that’s one rule too."

Wendy Venturini "When I asked Hermie and Elliott that if there was something they had never told you before that they wanted you to know what would it be, Hermie looked at me and he said we probably don’t tell her that we love her enough. We probably don’t say it often enough, Elliott started to tear up as well and they just really wanted you to know how much they love you."

Belle Sadler "Gosh, well, you know every Christmas and every mother’s day, every Valentine’s Day I get a wonderful card from each of them, I love you. But you know when you say it face-to-face, hand-to-hand; I want to make it more vocal. More I’m here, and I’m always going to be here even when I’m not, that you’ll know that I’ve loved you."

Wendy Venturini "And those ribbons will be riding on Elliott Sadler’s car even tonight here in Darlington. Her courage and her strength is really just an inspiration to all of us and I’m happy to say miss Belle Sadler she will be joining Elliott on the stage for driver introductions as one of the proud mothers in NASCAR.
