WHAT: Battle of Seattle - The Opening Round of the XTRM / AMA Supermoto Championship

Beginning on Friday night the Seattle Supermoto opener at Evergreen Speedway will include a Demolition Derby/Fireworks - School Bus F8, Boat Races, Roll Over Contest, Hornets, "The Beast" Jet Dragster and Crash Cars.

WHERE: Evergreen Speedway, Monroe, WA

The Evergreen Speedway is located at 14405 179th Ave SE in Monroe, WA 98272.

SCHEDULE: Friday - Pro Promoter Practice 11:00pm until 2:00pm. Saturday - Timed Practice begins at 12:45 pm. Heats and Last Chance Qualifiers go from 4:15pm until 5:30 pm. Opening Ceremonies begin at 6:45 pm with final events beginning at 7:00 pm. Sunday - Amateur Racing 10am until 5:00pm

DIRECTIONS: From Seattle - Take I-5 N via the ramp toward Vancouver, B.C. Merge onto WA-520 E via exit 168B toward Bellevue/Kirkland. Merge onto I-405 N toward Everett. Merge onto WA-522 E via exit 23 toward US-2/Woodinville/Wenatchee. Turn Right onto US-2/Stevens Pass Hwy. Turn Right onto 179TH AVE SE. End at 14405 179th Ave SE Monroe, WA 98272

WHO: With motocross-based machines the real weapon of choice in supermoto, it shouldn't be all that surprising to learn that motocross racers have so far proven to be the most suited to the new discipline. As the discipline matures and grows, expect supermoto racing specialists to rise to the top. Racers such as Mark Burkhart, David Pingree, Kurt Nicoll, Carey Hart and many more will be in attendance.
