Thirty years in the saddle, and Neale is just as crazy about motorcycles as when he started. Coming to Speedtv.com is the perfect way for Neale to utilize the skills learned working with Americas top motorcycle magazines over the last decade. Neale also worked closely with Speed Channels own Dennis Gage for five years producing television for Corbins Ride On, they are working hard on their current show, “Trippin on Two Wheels.” As no stranger to the television camera, in front of or behind the lens, this is going to make for some exiting new innovations here at Speedtv.com. So stay tuned as we bring you along on press tests, domestic and foreign travel adventures, and while we hang out with the coolest people in the two-wheeled world.
As an enthusiast first, Neale lists riding Valentino Rossis 2005 Moto GP championship winning Yamaha M1, joining the 200 mph club on a nitrous equipped Suzuki Hayabusa, and riding across the Himalayan mountains of Northern India as some of his motorcycle highlights. Equally at home on the racetrack testing the newest models, Neale has also ridden in 41 different countries around the world, and is just as passionate about travel, touring, and sport touring. Neale is also intrigued with vintage iron, and lists riding a rare 1936 Harley Davidson along the Blue Ridge Parkway for a few days as another highlight. When not traveling, testing, or meeting interesting people on two wheels, Neale lives in Charlotte, NC, and spends his free time with his seven-year-old son Patrick.
Neales personal motorcycle is a modified Triumph Daytona that he converted to Speed Triple configuration. With a heavy travel and test schedule, he needed a motorcycle that is totally exiting every time he twists the throttle. In his own words, "my Speed Triple project bike was built to jack adrenaline straight into the main vein as soon as I hit the street." He also still owns an old Laverda 1200 that rode in England, but it needs to be restored after years of neglect.
Stay tuned as Neale twists the throttle here at Speedtv.com to bring you all the latest and greatest happenings on two wheels.
