Hard to say. Just look at the team he was with. The #77 car was never a winner and even when it became a Penske car, I never really got the impression they were ever on par with the 2 and the 12, they were just like that "other" can on the team, like the 25 is to Hendrick or the 16 used to be, and 26 currently is in Roush.

He got hosed with Penske. Did just fine overal for his first year in Cup then got screwed. He has the personality,
the passion for racing, and is great with his fans. But most of all he has
the talent to go far in the sport. :twisted:
