Phil Parsons is a truly annoying piece of sludge that needs to go away. He sits in the booth during truck races and says things like it is too bad that this or that team fell out of the race when he owns 3 start and park teams between cup and nationwide series. The guy has no credibility at all. As far as annoying voice - Dick Vitale.
