who's otto? I don't get it.

Otto was a guy KK accused of hacking into his computer. He had trouble booting up one morning, got a virus on his PC then went off on this paranoid triad for months accusing Otto. And now that I think about it and put 2 and 2 together, Otto was probably LTD-SOB. Very similar arguments of lap times at some long forgotten track day...
