A local police chief told The Associated Press that Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, used a golf club to smash out the back window and help get the golfer out of the car. Nordegren told officers she was in the house when she heard the accident and came outside. Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor told The AP that officers found Woods lying in the street with his wife hovering over him.
Does she always carry one around??
Something about this whole story doesn't add up.
What they are saying now seems to be what you and I said Friday
