I'd rather have Fennig.
Don't know if Addington is the right answer to pull the reigns in when Kurt goes on his tirades.
I guess there's only one way to find out...

truthfully, Jimmy wasn't real great at reigning in Kurt when he went off.. Jimmy's way of keeping Kurt calm and happy was giving him good cars that drove well..
if they can get him on board, hopefully the infusion of new ideas can improve Penske South.

Kurt going back to Roush is more likely then Fennig going to Penske.

I dunno.
Penske is going to look over Addington's resume' and say,
"Can't seal the deal at the end of the season".

^ if there was a Chad Knaus floating around out there, the Cap'n would snatch him up for Kurt tomorrow... there is not

Would that be after he reviews the 12 wins and the head full of Gibbs that Addington brings to the table?

I agree with that entirely.
However, does Penske pick a guy with a track record of not performing all the way thru a season?

It takes more than one guy to "seal the deal."

I don't know... Kyle worked with Alan for quite a while and it wasn't exactly magic. It takes a special personality to be able to deal with the Busch brothers - Addington has already demonstrated that he's capable of doing so.
