It seems that the negotiations for once again opening The Milwaukee Mile have taken a turn for the worse.

I just hope they don't tear it down, and carve trenches in it. That way it COULD come back.

This fair board sounds like a bunch of retarded carnies. Oh wait, that's too unfair to carnies.

Again, I have to ask why the Fair Board is insisting on the new group taking on someone else's dirty laundry.

The Fair Board approved and handpicked the last promoter group, maybe it's time they take some of the blame for making a poor decision. Or better yet, get bounced out.

Never happen...the State Fair Park Commission is akin to a "Good ol' Boys" club who are collectively looking to cover their own backsides, while paying lip service to "preserving" the Mile...And, seeing as WSFP is owned by the State, our esteemed leadership in Madison will never drop that kind of money to bail out The Mile...they'd be just as happy turning it into a parking lot...

Well, there is one thing. Due to tight money situation, I don't think that they are about to move the Wisconsin State Fair to Madison, WI.
