You might be waiting a long time. F1 chassis are made of molded carbon fiber.
Cool article. It's nice to read that the team has its priorities in order, however the results may turn out.

Cosworth produced a 2.4 liter V-8 in 2006 that the Williams team used while Toro Rosso used the rev-limited V-10 that year.

And it was a pretty good motor too. Had fewer issues with high RPM vibration than the other guys.
I've gotten the impression that until some date (January or February, when testing is allowed to begin for 2010), Cosworth is allowed to keep tuning their engine, and isn't subject to the engine freeze until then.
