He knocked Jimmie out of the groove and almost into the wall at Loudon and cost him several finishing positions and nobody even mentioned it because Kurt was out there saying he was "losing respect" for the way Jimmie drives. Jimmie rolled his eyes and moved on, as he always does. He got into Jimmie several more times after that. He is lucky that Jimmie is as even-keeled as he is. It sure pissed me off.

Thanks for the 3 specific incidents... LOL

“He gets away with a lot of things because he does drive for Junior, ultimately,” Hamlin said. “The fans that approve of him are diehard Junior fans that kind of are going to stick by you, no matter what you do, whether it’s right or wrong.

“And with that element being gone next year, then you’re going to get the negativity from the fans. He already has the negativity from the interior of the sport, whether it be the crew guys or the drivers or the team owners – that part of it is already there. But he’ll start seeing repercussions from fans once he gets out of the 88 car.”

“I’m not going to go out of my way to ruin his day or anything like that,” he said. “But believe me, every time he looks in his mirror he is going to think, ‘This guy behind me owes me.’ And sometimes that goes [further] than just taking a guy out when he expects it.”

Oh please, just more whining and running off at the mouth by Hambone. If he spent as much time worrying about where he was on the track as he does about Brad, perhaps he wouldn't be crashing out in front of the field. Hambone is a talented driver, but he needs to get over his assertation that everyone owes him "respect" on the track, some of his boneheaded moves on track the last couple of years don't really inspire "respect".

^ The first Denny bonehead moves that comes to mind is his issues on restarts. Ron Hornaday he is not.

Bingo! We have a winner!!! The very first one that should come to mind is Hambone crashing out in front of the field right after a restart.

I have MORE respect for Denny Hamlin because he says whats he means and does what he says. Teaching (schooling) these youngsters on how to drive in NASCAR has been going on for ages and will continue - as long as men have testicles.

Okay, that's one.
I'll say that the Pocono deal with Reutimann is two.
Okay...now it's Brad's turn. Let's start with Memphis...3 bonehead moves. Alligator, Bliss, and Edwards.
Gee that was quick. It only took one race for Brad to "win." LOL

I think Denny would be well served to call it even, now... he sent his message... the 88 group knew it was coming... message received... it's over... tell Obama to invite them to the white house for a beer... time to move on...
