You have the situations a bit confused.
Tiger is the one considered to have done something morally wrong. He is paying out "hush money." (Why athletes, who know that they will always have access to beautiful women as a function of their celebrity and financial status ever get married, is a mystery to me.)
NASCAR has done nothing wrong. The alleged behavior of JM is against the NASCAR rules and is unlawful in this country. Why would NASCAR pay JM?

You know what I hope they find, in all reality? Nothing worth getting all excited over. It was the whole 'secrecy' issue, as in special privileges awarded by the court, that bothered me in the first place.

I was lead to believe that Brian France was spending a lot of his time with his pal Jack Daniels and his partner Jim Beam.
