Just a comment, Mid Ohio and Cleveland are in the same state, but two completely different markets.

They both drew large crowds, and not the same crowds either.

Think Infineon and Long Beach or Laguna Seca and Long Beach.

Some how CART was able to draw large (and mostly the same) crowds for both LB and Cali. These two tracks are only about an hour and a half (no traffic) or 5 hours (with traffic) away from each other.

Yeah, heck you put out a good product, you can run at the same track twice a season.

I know an OWR series that ran at the same track 5 times a year. And sold out.

I probably wouldn't run Cleve and Mid Ohio on consecutive weekends, but they both have shown they deserve a race.
