I don't know how many times I've clicked on the Indy Lights page and WHAM there's Pippa Mann. I think the Indy Lights series wants to bring her to the fore front and make her in to the Light's version of Danica but she isn't. Danica at least can finish in the top 5 in points which isn't bad no matter how you look at it. Pippa can't even match her teammates and got her butt kicked by Ana Beatriz even though Ana missed a couple of races.

Pippa. Maybe she'll prove me wrong like Simona de Silvestro did this year in Atlantics.

Go ahead, pick on the girls...or better yet pick on IndyCar marketing department and leave the girls alone..

I don't think she got much press. I con only remember hearing her name when they went through the starting line up or if she crashed or got passed or something.

You make good points, I (over)reacted to the headline which left the impression of a 'Pippa Mann is a worthless girl driver like Danica' thread...in my mind.

IndyCar marketing is doing anything they can to stir interest, and they have stooped to exploiting their female drivers before, and sadly haven't learned their lesson. The hardcore fans respect results and the casual fans like cute chicks..Unfortunately, the casual fans don't post here so we get to read the rants of the hardcore, which so often turn misogynistic...so I think I jumped the gun on the misogyny...sorry.
