The way I heard it was that the AMA requested he not attend the meeting.

That makes perfect sense - they may have wanted a discussion rather than a dictation.

I got an email this afternoon that says a dmg employee said verbally the schedule will be announced in the “next couple of weeks” (dmg’s words). They are just making sure everything is finalized before the press release.

Looks like WSBK isn't waiting for AMA/DMG either.

The third annual visit of the Superbike World Championship to Utah will feature some unique changes and features, not the least of which is the fact that the races will take place on Memorial Day (Monday, May 31). This will be the first time in the series’ history that races will be held on a day other than Sunday.

Ahhhhhh, Memorial day. Well there you have it (I inquired about the monday race about two months ago).
Well, surely, SURELY, there has to be at least one home rider doing a wild card on freakin Memorial Day.

The Infineon thing must be going on promise. I can find nothing from DMG about a schedule for 2010.

Since it will be memorial day, some sort of Buell of course. Seriously though, I have no idea. Maybe there will be a seat open due to injury or some other reason (not that I want anyone to get hurt).

Gary get over it ,you have no idea what a Superbike is ,and if you were paying attention you would have noticed that Jake Holden was fast enough to make Superpole on his Carona Honda AMA Superbike that he raced in the GTO race at Miller this year . In 2008 BSB riders did verry well in the 2 British rounds of the WSBK series ,and they were very close to the same spec as the 2009 AMA Supperbikes . Gary enjoy the last 250 2stroke race in MotoGP history Sunday , I know I will, but for different reasons .
