I really wish the whole P to P, or whatever it is called, would just go away. No traction control, no anti-locks, no P to P, just all in the drivers abilities. Whoever gets the traction down the best does the best.

But but but we need gimmicks to get the "sports entertainment" market.

If you drop the HP too much, you're in the same ball park as the Indy Lights. Do you really want to top of the ladder to perform no better than the feeder series ?

The option compound is to throw a variable in the mix to TRY and get the cars to pass each other. Until you fix the cars so the drivers CAN put their skill to use and get around the car in front, the two compounds are probably here to stay. Right now, they can't get the job done because they lose too much aero down force, when they get in striking range.

Whatever makes you feel good. I read and post here about as much as I watch the series. The product didn't compel me this year, and nor did the topics...

Carefull, Marshall, he might tell you to LEAVE if you're not all in a lather about the series. People with complaints get that, from certain posters.
