With 2009 coming to an end next Saturday, we
like to know who will carry the "stars and
stripes" for 2010? There are veterans coming
back if they pass their round of tests.

If Charlie Kimball signs with AGR/AFS racing then he'll have a good chance at the title in 2010 IMO.

Aside from unification NOT helping solidify the progress of drivers from Lights to IRL, I expect that Lights will profit from Rookies making their transition. I see mobility upward for many of the young stars, right up to the point where IRL shuts the door. I'd like those doors to open like JR hopefully gets.
