Josh Herrin in the RoadRacerX tuesday conversation says he will race for Yamaha USA next year, but not sure in what class . This is the first time Herrin has ever mentioned racing a Superbike ,in the past he has said he was not intrested in racing a Superbike . He said he is intrested in Moto 2 in 2011 if Yamaha has a team by then , I guess he is talking about a factory team because Tech 3 is racing in the Moto 2 class next year .

Tech 3 isn't Yamaha, and they will be designing their own chassis - so I think maybe Herrin is a little confused.

No ,Herrin was correct ,it was me who was confused I thought Tech 3 was going to represent Yamaha in Moto2 . Yamaha may never race in Moto 2 with Honda motors ,so if Herrin wants to race in Moto 2 he will have to leave Yamaha to do it .

According to GPone.com, Sic did a 1.54.21 yesterday (which is .4 off the SBK track record held by Fabri on the Ducati). The track was said to be a bit slick. Today Biaggi will be testing there as well.

The test has turned out to be a who's who, with Gigi Dall'Igna, Luca Boscoscuro, Giampiero Sacchi and Fausto Gresini all showing up. The Italians are getting giddy about having two Italian 250 World Champions on an Italian bike for Imola. Understandably so... although Simoncelli has yet to confirm 100%.

What do they need excuses for? He would kick everyone's ass by a wider margin if he had more testing?

Pretty lame stuff, Rolfo!
