John Force is really pissed off on Tony Pedregon right now. Pedregon accuses Force of cheating to get his fourth car of Hight in the top ten. Force had to be restrained by NHRA personnel and his crew from going closer to his former driver.

IF that was the first skirting of the rules by Team Force this year it would be one thing, but this crap has been going on all year. I USED to have all the respect in the World for John Force, but its basically all been pist away the past few months.

^But since Force now owns 25% of the field (and like Junior or Danica most of the fans), nothing will ever come from it.

Force says Tony is just mad because Ashley beat him? LOL. What a jerk.
I think I'll save my Sunday afternoon beer runs for the FC rounds for the rest of the year.

So, limit the number of cars you can own in a class? Hard to do... Maybe if JF owned 2 rails and 2 coupes he'd get less grief.

If JF didn't roll over (or have his drivers do so) for teammates and relatives, he'd get less grief.

The only way to avoid team orders or race fixing is to only allow one car per team. NHRA doesn't want that because they won't be filling consistent fields throughout the season. So team orders are what they are, and because the races are so random and fast, it's hard to really prove anything.
I don't blame the Pedregons for their frustration, but it is very classless to air it with the mics in their face. They can talk about what they did in Brainerd, it's not Indy, and it wasn't part of the Countdown/Chase/Sham at the time.
