What I do notice is that the NASCAR forum is not as busy as it used to be. After a race, coming back here, there used to be hundreds of posts on the race. Being sometimes 6 or 7 hundred. Now, it seems to be 2 or 3 hundred.

When I first joined the board in 06, Novi is right, it was crazy. Every time you'd refresh there would be a new comment. You pretty much could carry on conversations similar to IM. The boards were a lot more fun back then.
I belong to two other forums, an aviation and a Chevy truck, and BY FAR this board has the most gremlins and peculiarities.
I would pay to be a member if things were like they were before Mind Comet took over.

The disruption of the Mind Comet switch, the way it was handled and the ineptness of the software after it was done drove people away in droves....couple that with some cases of overmoderation and dumbing down of conflicting idea exchanges to the 3rd grade level and and even more have gone elsewhere.
