this show is getting away from its original intent, fan input. I spend the whole hour on hold trying to get on, lately there have been an average of 5 calls on the air, there needs to more considering the number of people calling.

Totally disagree. Most of the calls are from drunk NASCAR fans asking for a bobblehead. I'm fine with Dave's commentary and interviews.

i cant even get put n hold... i think they have my number nixed. i've called and called and cant get thru at all. when do you call ?

Not enough Wind Tunnel. There's too much to cover for this show to only have one hour a week

Agreed. When it went to every night, pulling it back to an hour was the way to go. However, on Sunday only in the heart of race season, 2 hours is necessary.
Also needs to be carved up a little more equally. Chunks of time to NASCAR, F1, INDY, bikes, drags, dirt, etc. If radio hosts can steer their segment, surely Dave can as well. They do it a bit "if you want to talk to so and so, call now". Segments with Joy, Varsha, Robin Miller should also become staples as well...
The way it's gone lately, there could be a ticker across the bottom saying "ANOTHER DRUNK JR FAN"....get back to some intelligent banter!

Robin Miller should have his own show. He is very interesting. and I like the 30 min. extra on the net.

That's one of the reasons I stopped bothering to watch Windtunnel 3 years ago.

If there is any question of why there is not more phone calls, tonight's show should answer that. The callers tonight were dumb as rocks. They really got Dave fired up.
