This is the second time this year that a huge wreck sparked off when two guys were going for the win. In both situations disasters were nearly avoided and all the drivers in the wrecks should consider themselves very fortunate not to have been injured. Now does NASCAR need to do something to make plate racing safer for the drivers and the fans before Talladega in November?

Nascar had nothing to do with the wreck at the end of this race. What caused this wreck was one DRIVER. Kyle drove way over his head on this one, not NASCAR! Kyle would have one this race if he hadn't tried the block move!

Short answer...........no.
This wreck was the result of mirror driving and a double block move, nothing more.

From which hit from when he spun into the fence or from when Khane tried to see if he could lauch that Toyota into space by hitting it from behind.

All kidding aside Kyle finally found out what happens when you hit the wall at 180 then get slammed by 3 others doing it also. Maybe this will make him think NEXT time. I forgot he has less of a brain than his brother.

Kahne rammed the back of Kyle's Toyota at 195 MPH. Yeah, Kyle thinks Stewart wouldn't pulled that move off but he was wrong.

GREAT RACE START TO FINISH! SMOKE IS THE MAN! CONGRATS TO SHR/TONY STEWART! Kyle may mature from this. Glad he's ok, great driver & good for the sport. Smoke would have passed him back for the win, but KB simply hates second!

Kyle was driving watching his mirror.
If he hadn't pulled that move, he would have finished 2nd or 3rd. Thats what plate racing is all about, it happens. NASCAR should change nothing.

Well, he was real immature when he didn't comment and didn't wanna go to the infield care center.
