It's a shame that so much equipment got torn up because of an ill-advised, and ill-timed 2nd attempt at a block, but as long as everyone was OK....that's all that really matters.

I tried sharing the "start" of the story in the Weber thread when I stated that Ralph told me he would BE in the booth at Daytona, but the "other pros" around here told me I was wrong...(see pg2 of that thread)
And the funny part is, some posters wonder why the Driver's, Owners, & Media don't come around here much anymore!

(Though, aside from the fact that Kyle was one of my fantasy picks, I do think the ending was not just. I don't mind when they move the car out of the way, but when they wreck the guy, I just don't feel good about it. Tony didn't either, and you have to love the guy for that.)

You don't "wreck the guy" if you have a fender past his front bumper and he turns up into you and wrecks himself! Go look at the slow motion replays, Kyle wrecked himself with yet another of his overly agressive moves. Stupid is as stupid does!

I understand your position...I believe you and that's why I asked. There is still a core group of fair minded dedicated posters on this forum. We may be out numbered but if we surrender to the crazies then pretty soon they will be running the show everywhere. Don't quit....we need the help!
