Supersport (or whatever it's called now) is horrible!

Are you referring to Daytona JokeBike?

You guys are babbies the Laguna Seca Superbike will finish at 8PM EST ,and will be televised just 4 to 5 hours later ,and you guys still are not happy !!

I think Dave Despain owes us an apology for exhorting us to 'watch, or blame only ourselves if it goes away.'

It was a punk comment from the get-go.

You should do what I do.
Never bother watching Windtunnel and credit yourself when it goes away.

I'm even willing to give ol' Rog a partial pass because of the whole economy thing, but I suspect there were some other, easier, more fundamental decisions badly made.

Germany's economy after the first World War was a mess, too. I'm not sure the guy who ended-up running the show there deserves a pass for his decisions, either.

I know there's little interest on this board about "mudbikes," but how about SPEED scheduling the first broadcast of the JUNE 13TH 250 MX race from High Point, against FIX's Laguna MotoGP coverage? Do you mean to tell me that there hasn't been a hour-long time slot in the last THREE WEEKS that it couldn't have been shoehorned into? Oh, well, at least I'll get another chance to catch the race at 3:00am Wednesday morning... The 250 Nationals have been excellent this year (Barcia is awesome) - why is this series being give such short shrift?

I noticed that, also. Nice to see Tedesco and Grant coming along...

... but I may boycott Lucas Oil for buying a replacement name for Larocco's Leap. Is nothing sacred?

Im wondering when they are going to come out a start calling it motorcycle entertainment because the way they're running it, it won't be motorcycle racing for too much longer

Sadly, I can see it on the horizon...

Boy, Tedesco was certainly overdue. I remember watching him in the mud at a Seattle Supercross once, and thinking to myself; This guy is a former champion? - he looked awful. Grant has been popping in and out for a while now. He's erratic, but a lot of fun to watch.

I hear ya! I had no idea what the "Lucas Oil Leap" was that the announcers kept referencing, until it finally dawned on me that the sale of corporate naming rights had once again sullied our culture and history.

Because he is a local NM guy, Ive been following him since his minibike days. In his defense, he's just not gonna get a lot of mud racing experience coming up in NM. It surprised me that he was the one to emerge with some success compared, say, to Justin Buckelew or one of the Arenacross Johnson brothers.

Ah!! That bugged me!! And they made Carmichael say it. You could tell he even had trouble saying it.

This is actually pretty good for the series having someone different win each week.

I like different winners. I think Ricky was saying "Lucas Leap" under duress. Maybe they were holding his truck ride captive...

Joe, aren't you the guy who always complains when people go off topic? Was this a mud bike thread? smile
