GT3 to “save” ALMS?

Wouldn't adding FIA GT3 solve the car count "Problem" (ACO willing)and give a viable class for ALMS?
Just think-Mustangs,Matech Ford Gts,Gallardos,Audi R8Gts and so on "The mind Boggles".......................I Likey!

Well, not exactly at GT3 spec, but there are several hundred similar chassis in North America....

Less costly than GT2, more varied and intresting than a few GT3 Cup fillers. Some will buy in whith these variables.
BTW: This class is more Street Like in apperance, Race on Sunday, Sell on Monday. This is more likely than more LMP1/LMP2 cars, right?
