I swear I have seen race bikes with things like wire or "zip" ties especially made to hold brake lines against fork tubes. I guess you could call them straps, but they look to be more like wire ties to me. It appears that they have small "bumps" in them that allow space for the hose, so the rest of the wire tie lays flat against the fork tube.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Know of a source?
