Apologies as this may have passed me by but has there been any OFFICIAL word on Danica's participation (or lack thereof) in A1GP this year?
she was at the 24-hour of Daytona last week while Marco was in New Zealand racing A1GP...my guess is we will see Marco the rest of the year, but we might see Danica in one race just for the publicity's sake of it

Marco's performance has not been impressive. He does better in Indycar....so what does that make Indycar?....about the 4th most difficult open wheel series in the world after F1, GP2 and A1GP. No wonder no one cares about it anymore.

AGR and Marco are still trying to figure out how to setup the A1GP car. I remind you that this is AGR's first season in A1GP which means they don't have any data on the tracks.
I also remind you that the IndyCar Series is the only open wheel racing series in the world that challenges its drivers with a balanced mix of oval and road/street racing.
And guess who's been looking for IndyCar rides in the off-season? 2008 GP2 Champion Giorgio Pantano. 4-time CCWS Champion/Current F1 driver, Sebastien Bourdais. Former CCWS/current A1GP driver Robert Doornbos. Looks like the drivers consider the IndyCar Series one of the top open wheel racing series in the world.

It is the first year with this car for everybody! Plus they get to see the telemetry of the quickest car.
From A1GP:
However, hidden in the regulations, there is another intriguing new rule, which could have an extremely significant affect on the closeness and the quality of this season’s racing – because now, all teams will get some crucial information about the fastest car on the track, and why it is the fastest.
How will this be done? Measurements from sensors placed all around A1GP cars are constantly recording data such as speed, throttle angle and brake pedal pressure. From this season, those measurements taken during the fastest lap recorded in each session will be published for the rest of the pit lane to see. With such information, teams struggling for pace during practice will have a better chance of understanding why they are slower, and hopefully closing that time gap to the front-running car.
The exact wording of the new rule is as follows: “Article 123: After each Practice session and Qualifying, A1GP will make available to all Competitors data showing information relating to the speed, throttle angle, brake application and steering angle of the Fastest Lap achieved overall in each Practice session and in Qualifying.”
I see people trying to get a job at our corner Circle K also, much like the people you mentioned it is the best job they could find.

2. There is no other open wheel racing series in the world that challenges its drivers with a balanced mix of oval and road/street racing. No other open wheel racing series in the world races at speeds of 230 MPH. So tell me, what makes the IndyCar Series less difficult than F1, GP2, or A1GP?

Considering the engineering resources AGR has, their performance in A1GP has been embarassing. I'm not expecting them to win every race, but at least be in contention. Although I think in the long run this experience will really help Marco when it comes to his racing and car setup in the IRL.

At least we won 1 Grand Prix as a Constructor. R.I.P Honda, you have broken my heart. I will not buy your new NSX (because I can’t afford it)
