Will Power could be in Roger Penske's car for a couple tests, one race, no races or the whole 2009 IndyCar season, says Robin Miller.

Way to go Penske!! Will Power will be a great addition for your team. I've been to several of his races. Loved being in Las Vegas when Will came in first. He's one of the BEST up and coming drivers....not to mention he has a really cool name!! :o)

As always, Team Penske rises to the top, totally under control, fully prepared and a classy organization. If Helio is found 'not guilty' a three-car team would make good sense if sponsorship is not an issue.

At worst Will will get a third seat @ the 2009 Indy 500 I'd imagine. First the dreaded Dancing with the Stars, second his fiance broke up with him, third he may be a dead beat millionaire that doesn't pay his taxes. What a racing hero (castro-neves)

Can't Paul Tracy get a ride? I need his smart arse and rude comments in INDY. It's so dull waiting for Danica to start a fight......We need TRACY!

I don't care how cute Will Power is - the spoils should have gone to Ryan Hunter-Reay. Guess nobody cares if the classiest American and one of the fastest in the series has a ride. Paul Tracy? Older than me! The Thrill will be driving a wheelchair soon.

Unfortunately the Thrill'd be faster than both of us even in a wheelchair. Keep your eye on the Cap'n, he knows how to get it done.

I don't see a third Penske car, not with the economy the way it is and Roger doesn't spend his own money. Does Will bring sponsorship with him? Powers best option was maybe a seat if Helio ends up in jail? If Helio races then Powers is just another name driver going to a bad team or watching from the stands. There has to be more to the story than just maybe he will drive the car or just test the car.

I like RHR. I was even hoping he'd end up with this ride because it'd be great for his career, but ultimately it's Penske's car and he can do what he wants with it. Power is a good choice, too, and the Captain obviously, for whatever reason, decided that was the route he wanted to go. Maybe he just wanted to continue the Australian theme with Briscoe.

It'd be nice to see more American drivers, but I don't see where someone should be automatically entitled to a ride just because of where he lives. If that system were in place, everyone's favorite racing dentist, Dr. Jack Miller would probably still be around.

If Twinkletoes goes to the clink, I won't miss him much. Even though it's a bummer to lose a 2-time 500 Champ, I'm ready for some new faces up on the podium this year.
