Memorandum of Understanding between the NOHVCC and the Canadian Off-Highway Vehicle Distributors Council (COHV) seals the deal

To say that "US and Canada Sign Agreement to Promote and Protect OHV Recreation" is at minimum disingenuous and actually just a flat out lie!!! When you say "US and Canada", that implies their respective governments. These are simply industry and enthusiast groups trying to protect their own interests. I don't disagree with their goals, but, this headline is a lie.
