HEAD: Cuts Heaviest At The Bottom

NASCAR's biggest teams are keeping most, if not all of their employees, but smaller teams are making cuts.

why can't we go back to 2 car teams? the little guys are stuggling just to qualify and it's costing them lots of money even if they don't make the field on any given weekend.
