So... in order to get sponsors, they have to
improve performance -- but in order to improve
performance, they need money; and in order to
get the money needed to improve performance,
they need sponsors....
I guess this is a polite way of saying "You're
screwed -- deal with it."

Ya have to laugh at the ineptness of France some times. Which teams race every weekend with the hopes on finishing at the back of the field? Does France think that the have-nots are holding back looking for a hand-out or something? I mean Jesus, buy a clue Brian. Does he really believe Richard Petty and Lebonte enjoy running at the back of the pack? If so he doesn't understand anything about racers.
