OK...it is obvious I am an AJ fan.. going back to when we raced with him back in his karting days in Cali. I just thought it would be interesting to tally things up since he stepped in at GEM:

Great numbers, particularly when you consider he's outscored Kasey Kahne by almost 100 points, and almost doubled what Reed Sorenson has done. GEM has to be looking at this thing from just about every angle.

He's done better than everyone he's worth comparing to. Speed, Vickers, Sorenson, Kahne, and Sadler have all scored less points than he has since he got into the 10 car.

10 cars only 160 out of top 35! use to be about 400 out. So close, but maybe if the get 36th, the car will get locked in if anohter team shuts down. but idc cause reed gets it and hes over rated =]
Looking more and more like the 35 rule will be irrelevant after Daytona. JMO.

Nice run again by AJA 11th.I know it was gasmilage but he was still in the top20 most of the day. I hope he gets a good ride next year or atleast someone like Gibbs says hey go run the nwide for a season and we will start a 4th team next year for you. I just hope he doesnt get into crappy equipment. he can be a winner i think.
