Most NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series teams have at least a dozen crew members at the shop preparing their race trucks...

I would hope NASCAR would cut a little slack to a team like Tim's. If they fined him almost any thing it would ban him for life. They need to treat the little guy like local tracks, fix it before the next race or change it before the race starts.
