You can see that FOTA has their act together and understands the needs of F1. Bernie always makes a radical proposal and then caves because his proposal is ridiculous to start with. As noted everyone wants to reduce costs - properly and not through knee-jerk proposals. As long as FOTA has the control, F1 will remain the racing technology pinnacle of motorsport, as it should be.

I agree 100%! Thank god that all the teams are united in the cause for betterment of the sport. Unlike mad max and bernie who want money. I'm sure bernie and max mean well but you have to sit down and look at all aspects of this.

I hope FOTA's views can prevail. Bernie seems bent on destroying F1 in all English-speaking markets. Even UK players mostly get the USA/Canada treatment. Maybe ours is the only language that conveys the essence of an expression like "poison dwarf"? Then again, maybe it's just our boring Anglo-Saxon business ethics? Watch out Germany, you're next! Don't know how a title like "How I Learned to Love NASCAR and the IRL" translates in German, but it will be a best-seller here, if it can hit the shelves in time for Christmas!
