Hey SpeedTV…How about improving MOTOGP coverage?

Here is a suggestion for SpeedTV to consider....With British EUROSPORT loosing the MOTOGP coverage in favor of the BBC from 2009 and beyond...Why doesn't SpeedTV jump in and sign up Toby Moody, Julien Ryder and Randy Mammola to bring us the very best coverage of MOTOGP, 250's and 125's from 2009 and beyond??? This trio of commentators is world renound for their work and would be welcomed with open arms here in the US. Come on SpeedTV...we want better coverage of MOTOGP!!!! PLEASE listen to your audience! We love MOTOGP and want more of it! An edited 1 hour time slot is not enough!!!! We need and deserve better coverage than what is currently available!!! Bring in the aforementioned trio, and give us live and exclusive coverage like Formula 1!!! Enough with all the NASCRAP!

SPEED uses the MotoGP feed for GP, they don't hire announcers. I'm all for it but... don't hold your breath.

mamola et al are so good that i download the torrents of their qualifying rather than the motogp feed. mamola is that rare ex-rider who consistently communicates complex things simply.

And they always show up in the rare times the anouncers say something I want to hear, or the feed has a graphic that is telling where the racer's are and I'm looking for a particular rider's name.

Agree. I give motogpdotcom my money begrudgingly (don't like Nick Harris at all), but it eases my conscience about the torrents. I gave up on SpeedTV a few years ago.
