Since there's basically no competition in the ALMS don't you think it'd be a good idea if Corvette Racing took their team to the LMS at least for a few races to seek out the competition? I know this doesn't make much marketing sense because I don't think Chevys overall sell well in Europe but if Aston Martin can come here and compete a couple of years why can't Corvette Racing return the favor?

I think they should sell the customer GT2 cars to LMS teams. But the factory GT2 cars should stay in the US. Corvettes sold in the US outnumber the ones sold in Europe by 30:1. It makes no sense for the factory team to race in Europe in terms of advertising and publicity. Not to mention they it would cost a lot to ship the cars back and forth between races.

And just where would you suggest putting them as the LMS is full with season long entrants.

I'm going to politely dodge this question by saying I'll leave that decision to Corvette Racing.

The Luc Alphons (sp?) team seemsa to do pretty well. Are they getting any factory support?

There is a french team in the LMS can't think of the name that has one of the factory teams old vettes, they have ran at 24 of le mans twice.
