How can the electrons be sensitive to bumps at Singapore after
we saw these same cars bouncing off the bollards (speed bumps)
at Monza?

Seems a bit fishy, but the bumps are pretty harsh, and the rumble strips are brutal.

Ride height and damper differences on different required downforce levels and type of track.

Street circuits tend to need higher ride heights and softer damper settings whereas a place like Monza where low downforce is a premium and is less bumpy, stiffer damper settings and very low ride heights are preferred.

Watching Glock locking the brakes (say that 3 times fast) at turn 7 showed the effect of the bumpiness of the track on grip. He understeered terribly and had to take to the escape road.
