Pulling from the three regional series, championship finale will offer the winner a BMW Sauber F1 test.

Rich people racing their cars through the third-world. Nascar got the picture and pulled out. When Mexico can manage sewage systems, running water and basic medicine they'll deserve international races of stature. Why not Cuba? Corruption is winning

"It is harder to crack a prejudice than an atom." .... A.E.
NASCAR pulled out of what 3rd world countries? Sometimes high and mighty political quotes like the aforementioned 'Oierecords' just cannot be ignored. Mexico is part of NAFTA in case you haven't upgraded your comic books lately. NASCAR is not known or appreciated outside of the USA - CANADIAN borders.
My hat is off to BMW for offering a competitive product with a viable reward, even if it is self-centered, and travels the globe rather than sit in Middle USA American arrogance, or Southeastern USA Applachia redneck country where many aspire to lease or own a BMW!

Mr. oierecords
Unfortunately for you, it appears you know little about Mexico, world-class racing in Mexico, and even NASCAR.
By the way, the new 2008 Formula BMW Europe champion is a young kid from Mexico (Esteban GutiƩrrez).
