NASCAR Holdings, the operating entity that includes the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, to acquire Grand American Road Racing.

I think this is great for the Grand-Am series. NASCAR will have a lot to offer in the means of marketing and all that, just as long as they make sure to keep them separate series and not interfere too much with things.

It won't help until the Grand-Am series reconfigures those ugly faux sports cars.This is COT sports car racing plain and simple.
