So basically instead of NASCAR controlling Grand-Am through the France family, now NASCAR controls Grand-Am through a holding company. In other words, nothing happened.

Let's see: Spec chassis with no direct manufacturer involvement (in other words,nothing that can be related to a manufactuer), spec tires. . . what was true in principle is now true in the legal and formal sense, right?

Oh well, i will not watch grand-am anymore, well i watch ALMS. Grand-am goes down hill with nascar now.
