The FIA has shown it is taking lessons from governmental bureaucracy concerning the ridiculous penalty against Renault for leaving Alonzo’s wheel loose; as if it was done on purpose. What’s next; fining a driver for having a wreck? The only equivalent example of a governing body making ANY more absurd rules it expects WILL be broken in order to pay itself more money in fines is the US Government.
