Yup...It's nearly the end of the 2008 season and we still don't have a clue to what will happen in 2009. A lot of people lost an awful lot of money in American open wheel racing because an idiot thought he had a better idea. It will take a long long time for Indy Car to recover from what it was before the split. With the small devoted fan base that AMA Superbike has, I don't think it will ever recover if DMG has it ways.

As it doesn't look like there will be 2 series I'm not so sure that the effect will be the same.
