CerinoD.... Thanks for all that info. I'm looking at fares/hotels/cars/tents/taxi's...lifts.......I can't stand it!!! Why is it you have to go thro so many airports for Indy? And it takes flippin' hours if not days? Get on a plane at 7am and fly in at noon.....impossible
No problem, I wish I could be there so bad I'll help anyone get themself there and enjoy it if I can.
I don't know where you'd be flying in from but I always flew in from Philly Pa. direct. The one downside to a nice little airport is it isn't always on major airlines direct flight routes. Only 1 airline flew direct from Philly to Indy.
FYI. I always flew in the night before(Wednesday) in the evening. I would book a small rental car and when I'd get there they'd all be gone so they always upgraded me for the same price to SUV's. Just a travelers tip if anyone can use it.
