Except Spies and Suzuki still win the title. It would be a way to tarnish the team in some eyes. I doubt anyone believes they need to cheat to win. Though for whatever reason this season, several teams have been caught outside of the rules.

Yea, but Mladin talked some serious #### about DMG at the Infineon race. Even made the San Franciso Chronicle.

It is strange that only Mladin's crank is in question here. If found illegal will it affect only his results; or all the Yosh bikes. Plenty of meat here for conspiracy theories to abound!
