Jack Rouch should be pleased. He won a race without cheating. Maybe NASCAR should put restricter plates on the Fords. Oh, I'm sorry, the Ford engineers are not smart enough to generate more horse power. Thats why Fords are built in Mexico and Toyota's are built in the USA.
