More surprises in the Atlantic Series, as 2007 Star Mazda champion Dane Cameron scores
his maiden pole at Road America for race 1. Along the US drivers in the top 5 are Jonathan Bomarito on the outside of row 1. Jonathan Summerton will start 5th.
Splitting the Jonathans are James Hinchcliffe and Simona Di Silvestro in row 2.
Carl Skerlong to start 9th. Junior Strous to start 7th. Marcus Niemela starts 6th.

A lot of people talk about how the Lights fields are stacked, the Atlantics are pretty stackted as well.

Yeah, quality years for both feeder series. A whole bunch of talent and tight battles from the championships. Hopefully, with unification, some more rides will start appearing in the Indycar Series for all this talented young men & women.
