So you are saying that you can actually stomach shows like "STINKS, "UNIQUE DRIPS" and the rest of SPEEDs Dope Operas?. I would rather watch paint dry than watch ANY of that garbage. it appears that the majority of posters on this thread feel the same way. to each his own.

IRL would be nice, especially for the road races, but the ovals are strictly NASCAR without fenders.

And from Day One I've been against the PINKS, CCRs, Truck U (I know, easily turned into an obscenity), and the like. But as long as Reality/Trash TV is a part of the American TV landscape, we're stuck with it.

Less "reality drama" and more racing. All types. Cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, planes, bmx, karts. There are so many racing topics to talk about that would be so much more interesting than guys arguing about what speakers to install. I don't care about their deadlines for creating a customized car for Jeff Gordon's foundation. Even if it was just highlights from various races, that would still be more interesting to see than Joe Blow's Towing company.

Plus, from 5-8 pm every weeknight are the same shows. Why? Pinks, Outtakes and Wrecked every freaking night of the week? Come on. Vary it up a little. I'd even prefer to watch lawn tractor racing.

Why are the last Formula 1 Grand Prix's only shown at Midnight on the weekend and Noon one day during the week? Looking at the other posts on these boards, I'm obviously not the only one scratching my head about that.

My venting is done. I feel better now.

The Red Bull air races.... That should be represented on SPEED and not some paid TV channel.

And the show with, David Hobbs. The Legends in motorsport. I'm sure all of us remember that (6) years ago, it was a nice show to watch when getting ready for work.

SPEED remember there is a modern marvel called DVR, and viewers can watch this shows whenever they like. So lets not be pissey about putting them back on.

Give Robin Miller a 1 hour show that's on twice a week.

Also, can all the reality shows except the show with the high school kids building the drag racer. That's actually interesting.

Speed A3 Nascar Channel everything one could want!(I am so sick of turning on Speed and finding nothing but Nascar or livin the low life or Pinks and other programs like this.
I have been a racing Fan for over 35 years I have Followed speed from Vision to SpeedTV Speed Channel and so on and I must say Please add Channels or bring back racing!!!
Speed A4 Boats and so on!!!!

Even back in the day Fox Sports had DTM BTCC and German Touring car, not that I am a touring car fan just would like to see some other racing in the off season and on weekends where there is no nascar on speed yes I would rather see DTM or Super V8 Racing than so of the Nascar racing. And I was a big Nascar fan most of my life but now you and others think it is the only racing out there and I am sick of the endless bs of nascar stuff I know things change but when you have people explaining everything that is said in a race it makes me nuts. there is so much talk and talk and talk! they think there funny we MW is and DW was kinda.

The amount of NASCAR coverage doesn't bother me so much as the PINKS, CCR, Livin the Low Life, and the like. In the past few weeks Speed has shown half-hour segments of the Monterey Historics. I still have old VHS stuff of previous Montereys when they were done in two-hour shows and the entire event was covered. Why not that again, why not that full coverage?

I don't mind the nascar race shows, and some of the nascar PR stuff I could live with. Victory Junction and such are good to show.

However shows like pinks, wrecked and the like need to go. I don't know anyone that watches speed, everyone will DVR their programs. Show racing even VW Diesel racing that is great, show more Koni and at better times. Show more dirt racing.

I am sure that Pinks and the like have viewers, but we need a motorsports channel like speedvision was. Not an automotive site like speed is.

1. F-1 - awesome technology, great sounding exhaust, standing starts, race is over in 2 hours.
2. Moto Gp - would like to see live coverage like F-1, how about showing qualifying also.
3. WSBK - love the announcer, not sure of name, but super excited Moto GP needs to take notes on this part
4. WRC - those guys are just nuts
5. ALMS - diesel powered race car bad ass
6. A1 GP - pregame to F1, root for country

In response to your post wtlwdwgn, I have to agree a Speed 2 channel would be nice.

Currently:

ALMS qualifying. The web stuff was great but I'm not always at home to watch it.
More in depth ALMS coverage. A pre-race show would be nice.
More vintage racing. A few years ago Speed showed some vintage F1 racing.
Bring back Goodwood, see above.
